Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Reporting to: General Manager
Purpose of the Role:
The Food and Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the restaurant. The role is focused on delivering an exceptional dining experience to customers while maintaining operational excellence, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Tasks:
1- Team Leadership:

Supervise and support front-of-house staff, ensuring efficient service delivery.
Conduct daily briefings, allocate tasks, and manage schedules.
Train and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
2- Customer Experience:

Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and complaints.
Ensure high-quality food presentation and timely service during peak hours.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.

3- Operational Management:

Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant, adhering to company standards.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back-of-house operations.

4- Health and Safety Compliance:

Enforce health, safety, and hygiene policies as per UK regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

5- Financial Management:

Assist in managing budgets and monitoring cost control measures.
Handle cash transactions and end-of-day financial reporting accurately.
